About the team
We are a dynamic creative team within a rapidly growing company. Our team comprises designers copywriters animators videographers and photographers all working together to explore and expand our brand. Our mission is to highlight our culture and products through innovative and impactful projects. We collaborate closely with various departments including Product Marketing People Operations and Sales to achieve our goals.

The Role

Were looking for a Senior Videographer / DOP with strong leadership skills and the ability to set and elevate Factorials visual standard. This is not a shoot-only roleyoull be at the intersection of production creativity and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead high-end productions: direct and supervise major shoots across Europe managing camera lighting sound and on-set teams.

• Set Factorials visual identity on screen: define and maintain consistent cinematography lighting and storytelling standards.

• Be a creative partner: collaborate with Brand Studio Marketing Social Media Product and Partnerships to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.

• Cross-project involvement: go beyond shooting support scripting pre-production planning asset management and post-production reviews.

• Mentor and guide other videographers and external collaborators ensuring quality and alignment.

• Innovate continuously: experiment with new formats workflows and technologies to keep Factorials content fresh and ahead of industry standards.

• Own communication and execution: navigate ambiguity take initiative and manage projects in true startup modehands-on fast and with high impact.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years experience as DOP / Senior Videographer in agencies production or in-house creative teams.

• Proven ability to lead shoots and teams end-to-end.

• Strong reel showcasing cinematic storytelling lighting mastery and camera movement.

• Deep technical expertise in cinema cameras lenses gimbals lighting and audio gear.

• Clear communicator able to align different stakeholders and work cross-functionally.

• Proactive adaptable and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup.

• Fluent in English (Spanish/Catalan/other EU languages a plus).
