What you will do:

• Lead and manage strategic and transformation projects end-to-end ensuring timely delivery quality and alignment with EU regional priorities.
• Conduct market regulatory and competitive analyses to identify risks structural trends and opportunities relevant to Europes business strategy.
• Design structure and coordinate strategic frameworks operating models and transformation initiatives supporting countries and platforms in their execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-based decision-making providing actionable recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for the EU Management Team and other senior stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory market and macro trends shaping Europes growth profitability and risk profile.
• Mentor and support junior team members and collaborate with Country BDs PMs and platform teams to build analytical and strategic capabilities.

What are we looking for:

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in developing well-structured executive-level PowerPoint presentations demonstrating the clarity rigor and storytelling quality expected in leading strategy consulting environments.

• Degree in engineering economics finance or management.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting strategy or transformation roles.
• Analytical Problem Solving skills.
• Strong Communication-.
• Proven experience managing complex high-impact strategic projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders including initiatives that require significant changes to existing ways of working.
• Experience in AI technologies and their implementation into business processes to drive efficiency and optimization is highly desirable.
• Profficiency in english;
