Your role
Were looking for a full-time full-stack engineer proficient in our modern JS/Typescript stack. You follow an AI-first development approach; having hands-on experience with AI technologies is a plus. Youll work closely with our CTO and founders. Expect real responsibility quick decisions and openness to very creative approacheswere not a dusty B2B company; we innovate through our product.
We prefer hybrid work from Berlin or Hamburg and are open to fully remote for the right candidate.
Tasks
- Build product features end-to-end in our modern stack: TypeScript React Nest/ PostgreSQL.
- Design prototype and iterate on AI-powered flows (tooling retrieval agents orchestration evals).
- Push the boundaries of our development approachship fast measure impact and raise quality.
- Collaborate closely with founders design and GTM to turn user feedback into delightful product.
Requirements
- Youre a JavaScript/TypeScript generalist across web and cloud comfortable thinking end-to-end.
- You leverage AI daily to continuously optimize your development processfor both speed and quality and youve worked with AI infrastructure before (e.g. LLM/GPT APIs).
- Youre proficient in our stack (Frontend: React TailwindCSS; Backend: NestJS Typescript Postgres).
- You have a growth mindset and feel at home in the ambiguous evolving environment of a scaling company.
- Strong communication skills in English; comfortable working closely with users and stakeholders.
