Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced locally-based Principal Consultant to lead a rapid fixed-duration advisory engagement focused on establishing the strategic and technical blueprint for enterprise-wide industrial automation using Agentic AI and Computer Vision.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership rigorous technical auditing and detailed compliance analysis. The successful candidate will synthesize current operational challenges across compliance HR and finance into a validated business case detailed requirements and a final commercial proposal for subsequent multi-phase implementation.

Tasks

The consultant will function as the delivery lead simultaneously covering three integrated domains of responsibility:

Strategic Engagement & Commercial Management

Stakeholder Leadership: Design and facilitate in-depth discovery workshops with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders (Operations Compliance IT HR Finance) to define project scope and critical success factors.
Commercial Validation: Develop and validate the business case including the model for Return on Investment (ROI) cost-saving calculations (e.g. labour efficiency error reduction) and risk quantification based on on-site data gathering.
Partnership Framework: Synthesize findings to recommend a preliminary regional Go-to-Market and collaboration framework for jointly delivering advanced automation solutions.

Technical Feasibility & Infrastructure Auditing

On-Site Systems Audit: Conduct mandatory physical site assessments to audit existing Operational Technology and IT infrastructure specifically assessing IP camera networks IoT sensor integration points and overall network stability in production environments.
Integration Readiness: Review the architecture of core ERP HRIS and EHS/CMMS platforms to assess API availability and readiness for seamless integration with new Agentic AI components (Legacy System Integration).
Data Strategy Definition: Define the necessary data collection strategy including the specific requirements for high-quality data labeling and acquisition needed to train advanced Computer Vision models for real-time compliance monitoring.

Operational Process & Compliance Discovery

Detailed Process Mapping: Execute rigorous process mapping of existing operational workflows including detailed documentation of critical operational checkpoints and regulatory standards (e.g. HACCP ISO frameworks).
Requirements Capture: Gather detailed low-level requirements for autonomous operational streams across multiple domains including:
Real-time compliance validation and digital audit trails.
End-to-end payroll processing and dynamic onboarding workflows.
Intelligent Accounts Payable automation (invoice receipt matching approval).
Risk & Dependency Documentation: Identify and formally document critical project dependencies such as the need for formal regulatory acceptance of automated audit trails and critical user adoption challenges.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in management consulting technology implementation or digital advisory roles.
Demonstrable expertise in industrial or manufacturing environments with strong functional knowledge of operational compliance quality assurance or EHS regulations.
Proven technical acumen including hands-on experience or deep familiarity with concepts such as Agentic AI Computer Vision Intelligent Document Processing and complex enterprise system integration.
Exceptional leadership skills capable of leading workshops synthesizing data and articulating complex technical and strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
