Shift: Day 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Honolulu HI. As a PRN CNA you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with daily activities to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents/patients. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
Provide basic patient care and support including monitoring vital signs (temperature pulse blood pressure respiration etc.).
Assist with mobility transfers and positioning of patients to maintain comfort and safety.
Document patient care activities and report changes in patients condition to the nursing staff.
Help with feeding and hydration ensuring patients nutritional needs are met.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients including assisting with housekeeping tasks when needed.
Support patients with emotional and psychological needs providing companionship and comfort.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA certification in the state of Hawaii.
CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
