Job Summary

Job Title: MIS Analyst (Advanced Excel & Power BI)
Work Location: Marksquare MG Road Bangalore (on-site work)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in MIS Reporting
Industry Preference: FMCG / Automotive
Reporting To: Sales Head

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced
Excel Power BI and data reporting automation. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years
experience in MIS reporting and should possess a good understanding of FMCG or Automotive
industry dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports using Advanced Excel Power BI and
macros.
Analyze and interpret primary and secondary sales data to generate weekly monthly and daily
reports.
Design custom reports and KPIs to support Sales Heads and senior leadership in reviews and
strategic planning.
Provide in-depth trend analysis using historical data to draw actionable insights at regional product
and channel levels.
Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness of reports with structured formatting and validation
processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain historical data logs and formats used for sales/utilization analysis.
Support management with operational dashboards review decks and ad-hoc data needs.
Support Marketing team for SKU database management

Formatting
Power BI Dashboards DAX Power Query Data Modeling
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Good understanding of FMCG/Automotive sales & distribution models
Ability to present complex data in a simple visual and actionable format
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple reports with tight timelines
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce Engineering Computer Applications or equivalent
Certifications in Power BI Excel or Data Analytics will be an added advantage
