Job Description:
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Performs simple production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies subassemblies and electrical systems equipment and accessories using manual operations. Individuals will be responsible for identifying parts tooling and interpreting drawings. Attention to detail and procedure compliance is critical to identify all necessary hand tools parts and equipment required to ensure defect-free work. Primary Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
Use a computer in a production environment.
Look up/read/comprehend technical work instructions drawings and/or specifications.
Wear appropriate protective clothing/equipment determined by the task you are performing.
Use various hand tools such as screwdrivers ratchets power screwdriver multi meters crimpers torque tools.
Inspect your work quality and check for Foreign Object Debris.
Finger manipulation (keyboarding other).
Reading from a computer screen printed drawings or documents.
Ability to adhere to high standards of Safety and Compliance to regulation
Carrying/Lifting up to 10-35 pounds
Flexion/Extension (head bent down head bent back) Handling Kneeling Bending at the waist Reaching (overhead) Rotation of head/neck Standing Twisting at the waist and walking.
Required skills:
Basic understanding of Hand Tools and Mechanics.
Preferred skills:
Ability to read schematics/engineering drawings DMMs proficiency in excel wiring and soldering.
Education / Experience:
High school diploma or GED or Technical

Onsite/remote/hybrid: 100% onsite
Interview Information: In-person for local candidates phone screen for non-local
Successful completion of training is a contingency for all assignments Yes certification courses classroom training
Domestic travel required: Possible domestic up to 10%
OT/DOT expected: possible OT opportunities
