Job Role - Scrum Room Architect
Location - Minneapolis MN(Remote)
Job Details:
Role Description: The Scrum Room Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining the architecture of software systems within an agile Scrum environment. They ensure that the system is scalable maintainable and meets both functional and non-functional requirements. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation working closely with developers product owners and stakeholders.
6 years of experience in software development and architecture.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with microservices cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and event-driven architecture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor and guide development teams.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Architectural Design & Strategy
o Define and maintain the structure of the solution.
o Create scalable and maintainable system designs.
o Ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Collaboration & Communication
o Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure sprint goals are achievable.
o Communicate architectural decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
o Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve technical conflicts.
Agile Integration
o Support agile practices by integrating architecture into Scrum ceremonies.
o Help define and manage user stories with architectural significance.
o Mentor developers and contribute to code reviews.
