Seeking a results-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst with strong analytical skills and deep expertise in compensation design market analysis and compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and total rewards philosophy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment partnering globally to deliver strategic and operational compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop maintain and evolve global salary structures to support organizational compensation strategy.

Conduct internal/external market analysis and competitive pay benchmarking; provide data-driven recommendations.

Lead job evaluations market pricing and ensure compliance with FLSA and wage regulations.

Support annual rewards planning and compensation surveys including executive compensation benchmarking.

Collaborate with HR Technology teams to optimize Workday capabilities for compensation program administration.

Develop training and educational resources for HR Business Partners and management on compensation programs.

Lead special projects such as M&A compensation due diligence equity buy-out analysis and design impact modeling.
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) with 6 years in HR compensation finance accounting or consulting; 2 years as an analyst (4 years if Masters).

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Extensive knowledge of FLSA regulations and wage compliance.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment independently.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Workday and CompAnalyst () or similar platforms.

Experience in multinational organizations.

CCP certification highly desirable.
