Job Type: Temporary Full-Time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

Seeking a results-oriented Senior Compensation Analyst with strong analytical skills and deep expertise in compensation design market analysis and compliance. This position plays a critical role in supporting compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and total rewards philosophy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment partnering globally to deliver strategic and operational compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop maintain and evolve global salary structures to support organizational compensation strategy.

  • Conduct internal/external market analysis and competitive pay benchmarking; provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Lead job evaluations market pricing and ensure compliance with FLSA and wage regulations.

  • Support annual rewards planning and compensation surveys including executive compensation benchmarking.

  • Collaborate with HR Technology teams to optimize Workday capabilities for compensation program administration.

  • Develop training and educational resources for HR Business Partners and management on compensation programs.

  • Lead special projects such as M&A compensation due diligence equity buy-out analysis and design impact modeling.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred) with 6 years in HR compensation finance accounting or consulting; 2 years as an analyst (4 years if Masters).

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of FLSA regulations and wage compliance.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday and CompAnalyst () or similar platforms.

  • Experience in multinational organizations.

  • CCP certification highly desirable.
