Role: System Administrator II

Location: Hybrid Jackson MI (2 days a week onsite) need local

Duration: 12-24 Months

This is a person with all around Microsoft Admin experience around Microsoft 365 platform.

Job Description:

Administer implement support and document procedures for the Microsoft 365 Platform with a focus on Exchange Online SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Manage and maintain system configurations and actively troubleshoot issues.

Work with end users on best practices and between IT and Security teams to ensure compliance. This position works regularly with the Senior Platform M365 Engineers.

Skills:

Must have:

Administrative or engineering experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Working understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online SharePoint and Teams.

Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform.

Ability to document technical processes and procedures.

Excellent communication and customer experience skills.

Able to review published technology documents and define communicate changes that impact our organization.

Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Education:

MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable 5 years of experience.
