Project Overview
Client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with healthcare or government healthcare program experience. The role involves collaborating with UI/UX designers technical teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements identify solutions and ensure project goals are met within a complex fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and objectives identifying underlying issues and proposing solutions aligned with project goals.
Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers technical staff and stakeholders to implement solutions.
Participate in all stages of the Agile project lifecycle ensuring deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously reprioritizing tasks as business needs change.
Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders documenting processes decisions and outcomes.
Moderate discussions and workshops enabling participants to articulate ideas and manage differing viewpoints.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers staff and team members.
Employ task management software research tools spreadsheets and graphic design programs to support project work.
Stay informed of the latest industry trends and software solutions relevant to business analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree minimum.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in healthcare or government healthcare programs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle processes.

Technical & Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to empathize with clients and users to understand needs and system challenges.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
