About Company: Our client is a newly established Boutique Hotel with 16 luxury rooms located in Abuja.
Job Summary: The company is seeking to hire an experienced Chef who will be responsible for planning preparing and executing high-quality meals both local and continental that meet the companys culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare a variety of meals in line with menu specifications and customer preferences.
Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet quality taste and presentation expectations.
Support in planning and developing menus for restaurants room service and events.
Train supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high performance.
Manage waste reduction and portion control to optimize efficiency.
Enforce strict hygiene sanitation and food safety standards (in line with HACCP).
Collaborate with other hotel departments particularly food and beverage service teams to ensure timely and smooth service.
Requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel resort or similar hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance preferred).
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay ranges BTW N150k N200k Monthly net other Incentives
