We are currently seeking Registered Nurses with paediatric experience to join our expanding team. While many roles are based in South Dublin we also have openings across various Leinster locations to meet growing service needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting children with complex medical needs to thrive in the comfort of their homes and within their communities.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualised high-quality care to children with complex medical needs in their home environment.
Monitor and assess each childs health status administer prescribed medications and manage clinical procedures such as enteral feeding and tracheostomy care as required.
Collaborate effectively with families multidisciplinary healthcare teams and internal care coordinators to ensure continuity of care.
Prioritise the childs safety comfort and emotional wellbeing at all times.
Maintain accurate and detailed care records and actively contribute to ongoing care planning and reviews.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (Childrens General or Intellectual Disability) with relevant paediatric experience
Current NMBI registration and eligibility to work in Ireland
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to clinical needs in a home setting
Demonstrates a kind calm and person-centred approach to care
Valid driving licence is mandatory candidates must have either:
Access to own transport is preferred
