Job Summary
This is a remote position.
As an Online Chat Agent at Laka Group SRL you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in the Civil Engineering industry. This dynamic position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries and provide solutions
- Offer technical support and guidance on Civil Engineering products and services

Requirements:

Qualifications:
