Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychosocial assessments crisis intervention and behavioral health counseling within a secured correctional healthcare setting in DuPage County Illinois. The LCSW will support detainees mental and emotional well-being through counseling advocacy and case management.

Requirements
Illinois LCSW license
Masters Doctoral or Professional degree in Social Work or Counseling
Experience with case management counseling and crisis intervention
Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial evaluations and mental health needs assessments.
Provide individual and group counseling addressing emotional behavioral and social issues.
Deliver crisis intervention and assist in suicide prevention and response.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with behavioral health staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care coordination efforts.
Provide discharge planning and continuity-of-care referrals where appropriate.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
Support staff with training and education on trauma-informed communication and de-escalation.
Any other duties as assigned.
