- Flexibility with working hours including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling and training
- Maintain health safety and hygiene standards
- Support financial management including stock control and cash handling
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives
