About the Job
Were looking for a powerhouse Head of Lead Generation to take full ownership of our growth engine drive ambitious B2B and B2C customer acquisition and optimise every channel where we connect with our market.
Youll be the architect of our demand pipeline someone who thrives on data strategy and execution and whos excited to deploy test and scale campaigns that deliver results.
You will play a key part in shaping how we grow and who we reach. This is a hands-on role that balances sharp strategic thinking with flawless execution ensuring our lead gen machine is consistent high-performing and always evolving.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Own and drive the lead generation strategy aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
Partner with Brand team Commercial Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless marketing funnel optimisation and business impact
Execution & Channel Management
Deploy test and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital outbound retargeting churn prevention etc.).
Manage marketing automation workflows nurture campaigns and lead scoring models.
Collaborate with Brand marketing to development of digital content promotional materials and other creative assets to support campaigns.
Data & Optimization
Define track and report on KPIs across the funnel providing actionable insights to leadership.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns (creative targeting messaging and offers as well as platform choices weightings and investments) for performance and ROI
Use analytics to segment audiences personalize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Process & Enablement
Build scalable processes for lead capture enrichment routing and follow-up.
Champion data quality and governance across all lead gen activities.
Market Positioning
Stay plugged into market and design trends guiding creative direction for marketing assets.
Business Partnering
Develop a deep understanding of our (prospective) users and their motivations.
Partner with product leads engineers and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise marketing initiatives based on feedback and business objectives.
Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to develop engaging marketing collateral including website design social media campaigns and promotional materials.
The Ideal Candidate
A Head of Lead Generation with proven success in building and scaling high-performing demand engines across multiple channels.
Tech-native experienced in Apps B2B and B2C lead gen with a strong grasp of the digital growth landscape.
Background in Loyalty and Rewards (or adjacent industries) is a big plus.
Obsessed with data funnels and conversion but equally creative when it comes to campaign ideas and testing.
Thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Owns and optimizes the demand pipeline like its their own ensuring predictable scalable growth.
Qualifications :
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or similar.
5 years of lead-generation business development or sales experience
Proven experience managing or overseeing lead-generation strategies & campaigns
Analytical mindset being able to measure lead quality conversion metrics pipeline contribution etc.
Familiarity with local regulations when dealing with data/lead-gen
