POSITION SUMMARY
We seek to engage the Director of Operations who will keep our company moving day to day. This role is built around execution hustle and follow-through. From paying bills and issuing invoices to preparing Board materials running leadership meetings and managing company systems the Director of Operations will ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. The successful candidate will take the CEOs direction and convert this into organized efficient action - owning the important details and pushing our work across the finish line - so that the business can run smoothly and scale effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Operations and Finance will be responsible for the following functions:
- process optimization (identifying bottlenecks streamlining workflows).
- tracking and reporting of OKRs/KPIs to CEO (monitoring and maintaining a suitable dashboard).
- scheduling and running 10 Squared leadership meetings with the CEO and fellow Directors (agenda facilitation capture of decisions and tracking of accountability).
- coordination of 10 Squared Board meetings (schedule agenda minutes tracking of follow-
- up) and preparation of Board materials (draft compile distribute decks and financial updates).
- building and managing financial models and tracking budgets (monitoring expenses against forecasts and reporting to CEO).
- ensuring efficient member/client invoicing processes in collaboration with accounting team.
- ownership of internal software tools (Google Workspace Notion NetSuite).
- direct operational onboarding processes (ensure new hires have tools access systems orientation uniforms insurances).
- maintenance of HR/compliance practices in line with company policies and oversight of annual staff performance review process.
- oversight of facility management and member hospitality in collaboration with the 10 Squared Member Experience Manager.
- liaison with IT legal and HR providers where necessary to facilitate the functions above.
- collaboration with the 10 Squared Brand and Marketing team to oversee implementation of agreed programs and initiatives.
Candidates must possess a well-developed ability to read professional and interpersonal circumstances to problem solve creatively to work independently and efficiently and to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Communication timing and management of operational improvements will be key to success in this role.
This role also bridges 10 Squared operations with Peter Attias broader business ecosystem (including Early Medical) opening channels for deep collaboration and cross-functional support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor and/or post-graduate qualifications in one or more disciplines relevant to the role
- A minimum of five years of proven professional experience making autonomous operational decisions and/or leading a team with relevant business activities
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in modelling and monitoring budgets and financial projections
10 Squared programs are delivered from our physical performance center in Austin Texas and candidates for this role must relocate to or reside within the Austin area. Attendance at the company facility is expected on a daily basis.
SALARY
The annual base salary range for this role is between $120000 and $150000 with a meaningful annual performance bonus also applicable.
