Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about professional growth leadership excellence and organizational development. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives mentoring programs and team performance enhancement projects.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement leadership development programs.
Support project execution tracking progress and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops training sessions and performance evaluations.
Conduct market and internal research to identify leadership trends and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving team efficiency and company culture.
Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to the design of future development frameworks.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resources or a related field.
13 years of experience in leadership development management training or consulting preferred.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
Demonstrated initiative adaptability and analytical thinking.
