Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between Elevare Branding and our valued clients. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for building strong lasting relationships. You will play a key role in understanding client needs coordinating project execution and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic guidance.
Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Oversee project timelines deliverables and budgets while ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations to enhance results.
Prepare regular reports presentations and performance reviews to track progress and ensure transparency.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in client management account management or business development.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong ability to build trust and credibility.
Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
