Job Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the candidate will lead a team on the Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm shift consisting of both Full-time and Seasonal workers in maintaining production levels.
- Co-ordinate with the other Lead Associate and the Warehouse Manager in prioritizing both shipping and receiving of orders for our customers while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Assisting to uphold and evolve our processes and procedures. Assist the team to maintain a clean and positive work environment.
Qualifications :
- Warehouse Experience
- Leadership Experience
- Heavy Lifting (100lbs) Repetitively
- Sit-down Counterbalance Forklift Experience
- Able to Forklift wide and heavy loads an asset
- Teamwork
- Safety
- Shift Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
