Your Commercial Challenge
As Sales Manager you are the face of Proferro to our customers. You build strong relationships identify new opportunities and translate customer needs into sustainable business. You know how to open doorsand close deals.
What you do:
- You develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth.
- You actively prospect and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- You manage the entire commercial process: from first contact to contract.
- You work closely with internal teams and customers on co-engineering solutions.
- You represent Proferro at trade fairs and networking events.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- A bachelors or masters degree in a commercial technical engineering or construction-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in an industrial context.
- A strong negotiator with flair and persuasive power.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; good knowledge of German or additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Europe.
