Were looking for a Process and Data Quality Consultant to join a dynamic team in the Financial Services sector within the IT Group. This role is all about ensuring data accuracy and consistency across critical processes driving operational excellence and collaborating with teams worldwide.
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and ensure smooth contract management.
- Perform audits and reconciliations to guarantee data reliability.
- Monitor and improve data quality metrics fixing inconsistencies proactively.
- Coordinate updates in the contract tool and manage user access requests.
- Support purchase requests and manage headcount discrepancies.
- Anticipate departures and control derogations for external assistants.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Experience: 1 - 3 years as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset attention to detail critical thinking and adaptability to change.
Additional Information :
(Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
