We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and business operations with hands-on experience in MS Access Power BI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

5 years of professional experience in data analysis and/or business operations ideally supporting complex deals or large-scale projects.
Proven proficiency in MS Access and Power BI for effective data management reporting and visualization.
Hands-on experience implementing automation solutions (e.g. macros workflow tools or scripts) to optimize and streamline daily operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Familiarity with end-to-end deal lifecycle processes including ordering booking fulfilment and invoicing is highly desirable.
Ability to organize maintain and document data repositories and operational processes effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic environments.
