ADGA is hiring a Senior Wargaming Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work on a long-term engagement assisting in the design development planning delivery and coordination of Wargaming as a capability to prepare joint forces for operations by acting as a catalyst for change - accelerating the evolution of joint capabilities and integrating strategic enablers into the joint force.
The Senior Wargaming Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to:
- Designing and Developing Wargames
- Conducting Wargame Planning and Coordination
- Facilitating and Executing Wargames
- Capturing and Analyzing Wargame Outputs
- Producing Wargame Documentation
- Developing Wargaming Doctrine and Tools
- Supporting Wargaming Training and Education; and
- Monitoring and Reporting on Wargaming Activities
Qualifications :
- Must have an active PWGSC Top Secret (lvl 2 clearance)
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations planning or wargaming
- Must demonstrate experience in the design facilitation and analysis of at least 3 military war games in the last 7 years
