About the role

Its an exciting time to join Bluestone as we embark on ambitious growth plans across Australia. Propel your career to new heights as Business Development Manager promoting our home loan offerings within the broker market! This role will see you uncover broker needs and proactively educate brokers on the benefits of working with Bluestone.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing brokers becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Drive new business growth by generating qualified Bluestone broker leads through proactive prospecting and strategic relationship development.
  • Increase broker engagement and application volumes by implementing a consistent and effective engagement plan tailored to existing broker networks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing Credit and Operations to position Bluestones products and solutions effectively in the market.
  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline using Copper CRM ensuring accurate activity tracking and reporting for performance visibility.
  • Represent Bluestone at industry events and networking opportunities actively promoting our brand and strengthening broker relationships through social and professional engagements.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity leveraging insights to identify opportunities and refine strategies for growth.

Your experience

This role suits a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business within the lending industry (non-confirming preferred). Youll play to your strengths as a trusted partner strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue within your broker network.

About you

  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging insights and compelling solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding communication collaboration and critical thinking abilities enabling you to build strong relationships and solve complex challenges effectively.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven experience in leveraging metrics analytics and external market insights to influence decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented demonstrating resilience and accountability in achieving ambitious targets.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle ensuring flexibility for travel and in-person broker engagement.
