Job Summary

Pay rates between $19.00-$21.00 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.

Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Essential Job Functions:

Oversee standard operating procedures.
Organize and ensure that the department is staffed and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Instruct direct and assist hourly employees as needed.
Complete appropriate paperwork neatly and accurately.
The employee is regularly required to sit; frequently walk and stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee may frequently lift and /or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications :

Must be able to work as an effective team member.
Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment.
Must be able to stand for entire shift.
Must be able to work consistently at a fast pace.
Must be able to kneel bend and stoop.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills self-motivated.
Must be able to read and understand written instructions and communicate verbally in English with management and hourly employees.
Must be able to work safely and set an example of safe working habits for his/her coworkers.
Must be able to give instructions and follow-up with hourly employees.
Must be able to complete reports as required by position.
Must have good employment record.
Must be able to work overtime.
Must be able to drive a forklift/pallet jack and have/or obtain a Foster Farms Safety License.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
