Qualifications :
- Oversee all aspects of the bar ensuring efficient service and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality drinks & service and handling customer feedback & complaints.
- To collaborate on promotional activities support special events and help with marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all operations comply with health safety and liquor laws and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
