• Preferably youve worked in key parts of the IKEA businessideally in a leadership or matrix position in fulfilment and / or supply. ideally in fulfilment and/or supply into a leadership or matrix position.

What will you do 

• Be the leader of the product team and stakeholder management with business owners and stakeholders across all IKEA organizations. 

• Lead the development and improvement of the learning portfolio related to IKEAs supply and fulfilment. 

• Make sure learning solutions match business needs and support co-worker development. 

• Work closely with teams across IKEA to ensure learning reflects real-world challenges and opportunities. 

• Take ownership of specific learning areas working with your product team to keep content fresh relevant and impactful.

Additional Information :

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) based in Malmö or Älmhult Sweden within the IKEA Learning Retail Concept at Inter IKEA Systems. The role requires a willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives. You will report to the Learning Development Manager Ronald Bruggeman ().
