What you will do
In this role you will lead a skilled and motivated team of four sales professionals based in Gothenburg working across the Nordic region. You will shape the teams strategy support them in winning new business and strengthen relationships with our existing clients.
You will:
- Lead coach and inspire your team fostering professional growth anda strong senseof ownership
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the wider European leadership team
- Support your team in complex sales cycles helping close strategic deals and manage long-term client partnerships
- Strengthen collaboration across departments such as marketing presales and delivery to ensure consistent customer success
- Oversee key account renewals and major contract negotiationsmaintaininghigh customer satisfaction levels
- RepresentPlanonat events and client meetings promoting our solutions and thought leadership across the Nordics
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance team management strategic planning and direct customer engagement.
Profile
You are an experienced sales leader who knows how to motivate people and drive results. You combine commercial awareness witha strong senseof collaboration and your best when building relationships developing your team and guiding clients through complex challenges.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience leading an international sales team within SaaS (including Professional Services is a bonus)
- Bring a successfultrack recordin solution-based or value-based selling ideally inPropTech
- Are fluent in English and Swedish with flexibility to travel across the Nordics
- Have experience managing renewals complex contract negotiations and strategic accounts
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience
