Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across joinery metal paint graphics CNC and electrical workshops.
Translate project drawings into production plans and schedules.
Ensure quality control HSE compliance and efficient resource allocation.
Lead and develop teams optimize costs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
712 years in exhibition/event fabrication with 35 years in factory leadership.
Strong technical knowledge of materials machinery and production methods.
Proficiency in ERP systems AutoCAD/SolidWorks and CNC workflows.
Leadership problem-solving and communication skills across diverse teams.
