Qualifications :
Key Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or related field.
- 510 years of proven experience in sales distribution management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in construction chemicals building materials FMCG or industrial products).
- Strong expertise in distributor management channel sales and trade marketing.
- Solid understanding of pricing credit management and sales incentive systems.
- Excellent leadership negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability with hands-on experience in ERP/CRM systems.
