Position Description:
Java L3 Production Support and Maintenance)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 (L3) support for critical production systems ensuring high availability stability and performance of enterprise applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills in-depth technical knowledge and the ability to work in rotational shifts to provide round-the-clock support coverage.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Provide L3 production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L2 teams within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
Develop test and deploy code fixes enhancements or configuration changes as required.
Monitor system performance logs and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Collaborate with development QA and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth releases and environment stability.
Participate in incident management change management and problem management processes.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles technical documentation and runbooks.
Support production deployments hotfixes and application upgrades during off-hours as required.
Continuously improve system reliability and efficiency through automation and optimization initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Strong experience in Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Excellent hands-on knowledge of Kafka Camunda Linux and scripting (Shell Python or similar).
Intermediate proficiency in SQL PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Exposure to Cloud technologies (preferably Kubernetes Docker or Azure).
Strong understanding of JSON REST APIs and integration patterns.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Splunk Dynatrace AppDynamics or Grafana).
Exposure to AI and automation tools will be an added advantage.
