We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the Brand & Marketing team with a focus on managing the end-to-end voucher process and providing administrative support across a range of team activities.
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team this role will play a critical part in enabling key initiatives and campaigns by ensuring vouchers purchase orders (POs) and related admin tasks are delivered smoothly accurately and on time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure working with data and interacting with a range of stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities are:
- Manage all aspects of the voucher process across various campaigns and initiatives
- Track usage and ensure timely delivery and fulfilment
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for internal queries relating to voucher fulfilment and admin processes
- Escalate and resolve any operational issues with the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate logs records and reporting for transparency and audit readiness
- Support documentation process tracking and internal record keeping
- Raise and track POs for the Marketing team
- Manage and reconcile invoice processes in collaboration with finance
- Support Head of Marketing with ad hoc administrative tasks
