• Demand Forecasting: Work closely with Sales Country Unit Logistics and key accounts to gather market intelligence consolidate historical data and monitor accurate monthly demand forecasts. 与销售市场及关键客户紧密合作收集市场信息整合历史数据制定并维护精准的月度/季度需求预测
• Order Monitoring: Be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new orders urgent requests and order changes providing reliable commit dates and managing the order delivery process. 负责评估新订单紧急订单和订单变更的可行性提供可靠的交货日期并管理订单交付流程
• Customer Communication: Act as the primary supply chain contact proactively communicating order status and potential delivery risks to sales and customers and collaborating on solutions. 作为供应链的主要联系人主动向销售和客户沟通订单状态潜在的交货风险并协同制定解决方案
• Production Scheduling: Develop and release weekly/daily production schedules based on the validated demand forecast and customer orders. 基于确认的需求预测和客户订单制定并发布产品线的周/日生产计划确保与需求预测及订单计划一致
• Capacity Feasibility Check: Collaborate with production to validate schedule feasibility identify capacity and material constraints and provide early risk warnings. 与生产车间协同验证生产计划的可行性识别产能与物料约束并提前预警风险
• Production Monitoring: Track the execution of production orders address disruptions promptly and ensure on-time completion to meet customer delivery requirements. 监控生产订单的执行进度及时处理生产异常确保计划按时完成满足客户交付要求
• Inventory Strategy Execution: Manage inventory levels set and maintain safety stock strategies and regularly analyze inventory health to optimize slow-moving and obsolete stock. 管理液压阀成品库存水平设定和安全库存策略定期分析库存结构优化慢动与呆滞库存
• KPI Driven: Be accountable for tracking and improving key metrics such as Forecast Accuracy Order Lead Time On-Time Delivery and Inventory Days. 负责跟踪和改善关键指标如需求预测准确率订单履行周期准时交付率和成品库存周转天数
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process and drive digitalization/automation initiatives in demand management and production scheduling. 持续优化从订单到交付的端到端流程推动在需求管理生产排程等环节的数字化与自动化项目

Qualifications :

Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field. 本科及以上学历供应链管理物流管理工业工程商务管理或相关专业

Work Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or master planning within a discrete manufacturing environment. 至少5年以上在制造行业的订单管理或生产计划经验

• Solid understanding of the end-to-end process encompassing demand forecasting order promising inventory management and production planning. 深刻理解需求预测订单承诺库存管理和生产计划的全流程
• Excellent communication and customer orientation with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers. 出色的沟通和客户服务意识能够熟练地与内外部客户进行有效沟通和协调
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. 强大的数据分析能力能熟练使用Excel及其他数据分析工具
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) capable of collaborating with global teams and customers. 具备流利的英文沟通能力书面和口语能够与全球团队及客户协作
• Experience in hydraulics drive & control or related industrial products is highly advantageous. 有液压传动与控制或相关工业产品行业经验者优先考虑
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems particularly SD/PP modules is preferred. 具备SAP ERP系统实际操作经验熟悉SD/PP模块者优先
