Join our dynamic Day Oncology and Apheresis team where compassion meets innovation. We provide day chemotherapy regimes and specialised Apheresis services including stem cell collection in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

As part of our leadership team youll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to:

Champion patient-centred care and clinical excellence
Lead a high-performing team with energy and empathy
Drive patient flow and service efficiency
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless safe care
Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient outcomes

To be successful in this role

Youre a natural communicator a compassionate leader and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. Youre ready to grow mentor others and be mentored yourself.

You will need the following:

Current AHPRA registration
Completion of the ADAC course
A strong understanding of contemporary oncology nursing practices

Whether youre stepping into leadership or building on existing experience well support your journey with internal leadership programs and mentoring.

The annual salary range for a full time ANUM AUD $115678.72 - $119579.10 super entitlements depending on registration type year level and position (prorated for part-time).
