Join our dynamic Day Oncology and Apheresis team where compassion meets innovation. We provide day chemotherapy regimes and specialised Apheresis services including stem cell collection in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
As part of our leadership team youll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to:
- Champion patient-centred care and clinical excellence
- Lead a high-performing team with energy and empathy
- Drive patient flow and service efficiency
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless safe care
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role
Youre a natural communicator a compassionate leader and someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. Youre ready to grow mentor others and be mentored yourself.
You will need the following:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Completion of the ADAC course
- A strong understanding of contemporary oncology nursing practices
