Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement future-ready HR processes in S/4HANA.
- Lead data migration and interface design between legacy and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to streamline and standardize processes.
- Support governance and change management initiatives.
- Be open to learn other HR Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors SmartRecruiters) and contributing to broader transformation efforts.
Qualifications :
- Strong SAP HCM experience (PA/OM Time/Leave Travel) interfaces & payroll is an advantage
- Experience with HCM transformations or S/4HANA migrations is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with data migration and system integration.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
