Humanas Integrated Marketing Analytics team is focused on understanding how members interact across channels and journeys. As a Senior Associate Channel/Journey Analytics youll help analyze and optimize multi-channel engagement strategies to improve member experience and campaign performance.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate on the Integrated Marketing Analytics team youll lead the development of cross-channel reporting and deliver actionable insights that uncover opportunities address friction points and highlight synergies across member journeys driving improved engagement and marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement cross-channel reporting solutions to understand how members and prospects engage across digital telephonic and offline touchpoints.
• Leverage tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to surface deep meaningful insights that inform strategy and drive optimization across journeys.
• Analyze engagement trends across lines of business to identify opportunities bottlenecks and areas of synergy that enhance member experience and campaign performance.
• Partner with marketing analytics and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve targeting personalization and channel effectiveness.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate journey performance and member impact.
• Support ongoing journey mapping and measurement efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and member needs.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop executive-level reporting solutions that provide a clear consolidated view of member and prospect communications engagement and success metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in marketing analytics customer journey analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar journey analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) across a range of marketing channels including digital (display paid search social) email SMS direct mail linear TV and telephonic outreach.
• Proven track record of identifying the underlying drivers of performance trends across marketing channels and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting solutions and dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and multi-channel marketing.
• Experience with segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Familiarity with data governance and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and member engagement strategies.
• Experience with SQL Python or other data manipulation tools.

Work at Home Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates ability to work effectively the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

• At minimum a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California Illinois Montana or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$117600 - $161700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
