You Will:

• Lead planning and scheduling for routine preventive and turnaround maintenance activities ensuring milestones and KPIs are met for safe timely and cost-effective execution.
• Supervise planners and assign work activities to meet operational needs ensuring all required resources parts and safety criteria are identified.
• Develop and maintain job plans and work packages in the CMMS incorporating labor materials equipment services and cost estimates.
• Monitor schedule compliance report on performance metrics and maintain readiness for unplanned outages.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve maintenance processes and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support team development through coaching feedback and progress tracking while resolving personnel issues as needed.

You Have

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience in planning/scheduling within the chemical or petrochemical industry covering one or more of the following:
  • Routine/PM Planning
  • Turnaround Planning
  • Capital Project Planning
• Proficiency and experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) SAP preferred.
• Strong understanding of asset and project management; experience with maintenance scheduling software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently including overtime callouts and participation in the on-call rotation.
