ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and guidance to project team members to enhance performance and skills through necessary training.
Coordinate and balance expectations among clients teams and leadership for production and broadcasting projects.
Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring scope schedule and budget are effectively maintained.
Oversee quality standards to ensure all deliverables meet both technical and creative requirements.
Collaborate with production publishing and translation teams to promote effective communication and strong performance.
Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout each project.
Identify and manage risks resources and operations to maintain smooth workflows and ensure on-time delivery.
QualificationsHolds a valid temple recommend
Bachelors degree (preferably in a related field) with more than 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in project management.
Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and creative software such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office with working knowledge of broadcasting equipment.
Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English (TOEIC score 850 or higher preferred)
Ability to travel as required.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across languages and cultures.
Experience managing multiple staff members and projects using project management tools.
Organized customer-focused and skilled in problem-solving and the use of standard publishing tools.
