Your new role

In this key role you will have responsibility for making sure programs in the North & West Victoria region run smoothly and meet Unitings goals. It supports Unitings 2030 Strategy to help reduce poverty trauma and disadvantage. You will manage a wide range of services making sure they are well-connected efficient and meet safety quality and financial standards.

As a senior leader you will help shape policies and programs ensure strong performance across contracts and budgets and lead improvements in how services are delivered. You will work with internal and external groups help with tenders advocacy and evaluations and build strong relationships including with the Uniting Church Presbytery and Congregations.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor level in relevant professional discipline such as social work psychology or social science and/or significant experience and willingness for further study (required)
• Masters level in Psychology and Social Work or equivalent (desirable).
