Main Responsibilities

• Provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file onboarding probation promotion termination retirement to meet daily business needs.

• Be key user for E-sign platform for HR Workday HR S4U could provide processes and operations guidance to customers.

• Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed communicated and followed. Be able to troubleshoot on HR system issue diagnose and problem resolution so as to make sure data accuracy and customer needs.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and complete employee P-files.

• Support HR Connect related projects base on requirement.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• Bachelor degree above nice to have 1-2 years work experience in HR relevant areas

• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English

• Proficient in HR System and MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Outlook

• Be interested in automation technology

• Basic labor law knowledge is a plus
