What Youll Own
- Preventive maintenance execution that safeguards production schedules.
- Rapid troubleshooting and repair of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Facility systems support: plumbing HVAC electrical mechanical and PLC work.
- Mechanical/electrical teardown cleaning rebuild and verification.
- Minor electronic repair calibration alignment; daily equipment set-up and calibration.
- Accurate data entry/analysis and PM tracking in Megamations; management of orders/tools.
- Peer training support and partnership with quality leaders on process improvements.
- Culture carrier for safety (Lock-Out/Tag-Out) and reliable attendance/punctuality.
- Compliance with company policies and contribution to special projects.
Your Background
- HS diploma/GED and 1 year relevant experience.
- Experience in highly automated lean/continuous-flow manufacturing.
- Skilled with electrical schematics multimeters and equipment manuals.
- Comfortable resolving issues remotely with vendors/contractors/suppliers.
- Basic PC literacy and solid math.
- Working knowledge of safety procedures including LOTO.
- Ability to lift 50100 lbs. stand/walk for long periods and lift from waist shoulder and overhead frequently.
Preferred
- Technical associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3 years in maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
