Job Summary

As a Business Development Manager you will be a key player in driving growth for our D2C-commerce Enablement team. You will focus on implementing innovative sales and influencer digital marketing and eCommerce strategies including building new networks with global client & agencies in the global market.

What Youll Do

  • Target and acquire new global clients through effective prospecting and relationship building.
  • Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of JP agency business in Thailand driving incremental revenue from new global clients.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads ensuring a robust pipeline for business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities.
  • Analyze the needs of agency clients understanding their challenges and objectives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets contributing to the overall team success.
  • Present innovative advertising solutions demonstrating how AnyMind can enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Manage and forecast sales plans based on targets and accounts.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends.

Who You Are

  • 5 years of business development/sales experience in a global digital marketing agency with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
  • Proven expertise in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Detail-oriented well-organized and highly responsible.
  • Energetic and thrives under pressure.
  • Able to work as a individual contributor
