As a Business Development Manager you will be a key player in driving growth for our D2C-commerce Enablement team. You will focus on implementing innovative sales and influencer digital marketing and eCommerce strategies including building new networks with global client & agencies in the global market.
What Youll Do
- Target and acquire new global clients through effective prospecting and relationship building.
- Lead initiatives to expand our market presence of JP agency business in Thailand driving incremental revenue from new global clients.
- Identify and pursue sales leads ensuring a robust pipeline for business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to successfully reach new client opportunities.
- Analyze the needs of agency clients understanding their challenges and objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets contributing to the overall team success.
- Present innovative advertising solutions demonstrating how AnyMind can enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Manage and forecast sales plans based on targets and accounts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital technology trends.
Who You Are
- 5 years of business development/sales experience in a global digital marketing agency with a strong focus on the Japanese market.
- Proven expertise in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Detail-oriented well-organized and highly responsible.
- Energetic and thrives under pressure.
- Able to work as a individual contributor
