About the Job

We are seeking experienced Electrical Wind Turbine Technicians with direct hands-on experience in converters blade angle alignments and connecting 400V motors to the grid.

This role is focused on supporting onshore wind farms across Germany primarily on GE turbines (8085% of fleet).

You will join a specialist electrical service team working on preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting and repairs while gaining exposure to one of Europes most dynamic renewable energy service providers.

Travel accommodation and rotations are fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on GE wind turbines (occasional Enercon work).
  • Carry out converter work blade angle alignments and grid connection of 400V motors.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical/control system faults; support mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting.
  • Conduct inspections testing and component replacements.
  • Work safely on high-voltage and low-voltage systems following all HSE procedures.
  • Accurately document all work in company and OEM systems.


Requirements of the Job

  • Direct experience with converters blade angle alignment and 400V motor-to-grid connections (non-negotiable).
  • Proven background as a Wind Turbine Technician (GE platforms strongly preferred).
  • Recognized technical/electrical qualifications (e.g. Electrical Engineering Industrial Electrician Mechatronics).
  • Flexibility to travel across Germany working at heights and in variable weather conditions.
  • European Union (EU) citizenship (eligible to work freely in Germany).
  • Proficiency in English (German a plus not required).

  • Hourly rate: 23-27/h gross depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible rotations (3 weeks in Germany/1 week at home 4/2 or 6/2).
