What Youll Do

Deliver exceptional service over the phone in line with company quality standards.

Provide prompt feedback and solutions to customer requests or cases.

Educate customers about products and services identifying opportunities to upsell through outstanding service.

Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.

Use specialized tools and software to support internal operations and troubleshoot effectively.
What Were Looking For

Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

Strong communication skills with a naturally positive and empathetic attitude.

Confident problem-solver with patience and attention to detail.
-
Team-oriented reliable and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Good computer literacy and multitasking ability.
-
Prior customer service or communication experience is an advantage.
