Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Lead to oversee the delivery of services to our participants. You will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently effectively and in line with our quality standards.

In this role you will work closely with participants families internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that service delivery is seamless and exceeds client expectations. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimising processes identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The position is based in our Bentley office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of services to participants ensuring timely high-quality and budget compliant outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants acting as their primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery processes and meet or exceed service level agreements.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement changes in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Conduct individual assessments to enhance the quality and value of services provided.
• Implement systems and processes that empower participants by promoting choice and control.
• Manage stakeholders and external service providers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor service delivery performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date documentation related to service delivery and participant outcomes.
• Ensure that all service delivery documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• To be successful in this role youll have:
• Tertiary qualification in Social Work Psychology Disability Business or a related field OR significant experience in disability services management.
• Proven experience developing and delivering services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities including CALD communities.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS funding models innovation funding and sector regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity including staff supervision performance management and team development.
• High-level skills in mediation negotiation collaboration and consultation with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of disability service standards Mental Health Standards and related legislation.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams of support workers within a broader or-generational structure.
• Sound understanding of behaviour support frameworks and restrictive interventions.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for participant needs.
• Strong customer service networking and marketing skills.
• Current Working with Children Check or be prepared to apply for one.
• NDIS worker screening check.
• Current WA Drivers Licence.
