Job Summary
CNC Mill Setup Machinist Berthoud CO
We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team near Berthoud Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality accurate parts in a clean team-oriented environment.
Pay: $23$27 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Mills to produce precision components.
Perform tool changes offsets and routine adjustments to maintain accuracy and tight tolerances.
Read and interpret blueprints GD&T and technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications.
Monitor machining operations inspect finished parts and make necessary process modifications.
Maintain machines tools and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist including machine setup.
Experience with Mills and Lathes required.
Familiarity with Haas CNC equipment preferred.
Ability to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers calipers and gauges.
Strong mechanical aptitude problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
CNC programming experience is a plus (not required).
