Were seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure develop and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) instances and business processes for our government customer. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform configuration development support and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes
- Design and develop custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
- Gather requirements analyze workflows and deliver optimized solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Contribute to architecture discussions and document code for secure application deployments
- Modify out-of-the-box platform applications to deliver rapid solutions
- Develop application fields forms views roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNows API with third-party technologies
- Design and develop process and solution integrations workflows configurations and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field; OR ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
- 7 years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT operations (e.g. networking storage server management systems administration software development cybersecurity or architecture)
- 3 years of direct hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow Madrid release or newer
- Proficiency in designing custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications
- Ability to gather requirements analyze workflows and deliver platform solutions
- Experience with application fields forms views roles access controls and API integrations
- Familiarity with JavaScript XML and JSON
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with ServiceNow Romeo release or newer
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices
- ITILv4 Intermediate certification or strong background in application/service delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
