Full-Stack Engineer

As part of our digital transformation strategy we are expanding our engineering team to build scalable software systems that support our restaurant operations guest loyalty programs internal portals and e-commerce integrations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote technology team. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web-based platforms. This role involves working closely with product managers UI/UX designers and backend teams to create seamless and high-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript React and REST APIs.

Build and optimize scalable backend services and microservices.

Develop user-friendly responsive UI components for internal tools and customer-facing platforms.

Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways CRM POS systems and cloud storage.

Maintain and optimize databases (SQL or NoSQL) for performance and reliability.

Write clean modular and testable code following software development best practices.

Participate in Agile sprints code reviews and technical planning.

Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

Ensure adherence to security best practices and data protection policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States.

Valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen Green Card Holder or valid Work Permit).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

3 years of professional full-stack development experience.

Proficiency with:

Front-End: Redux or similar frameworks

Back-End:

Databases: PostgreSQL MySQL or MongoDB

API Design: REST or GraphQL

Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).

Experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines Docker or containerization.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in hospitality retail or e-commerce industries.

Knowledge of POS integrations (Toast Square Clover or similar).

Experience with microservices architecture.

Understanding of cybersecurity and secure coding practices.

Familiarity with automated testing (Jest Mocha Cypress).
